Chilon Bolton is more than a builder—he’s a problem-solver, team leader, and forward-thinking strategist. With a unique combination of construction expertise and business acumen, Chilon has dedicated his career to delivering high-quality, impactful projects that serve both private and public interests. His early experience with large-scale commercial builds—including work at Duke University Children's Hospital and major athletic facilities—laid the groundwork for his transition into leadership roles across the Atlanta metro area.
A passionate advocate for affordable housing and sustainable development, Chilon has partnered with community organizations like the Atlanta Housing Authority to create meaningful projects that serve families and neighborhoods. His approach is always hands-on, relationship-driven, and guided by a deep respect for the craft of building.
